Although we encourage mediation as a first solution, we understand it isn’t the right solution for everyone. When necessary, we are more than willing to employ litigation to accomplish the same outcome. Because of our approach, we enjoy some of the highest success rates in the courtroom of any other law firm in our region.
Mediation When Possible
As a certified mediator, Hollie Lemkin has helped many people avoid the expense, difficulty and trauma of contentious court battles through skillful mediation services. We have found mediation to be a lower cost, lower stress alternative to resolving disputes, not only for divorcing couples, but also for other family matters. For that reason, we highly recommend mediation as a first line of defense whenever it is feasible to do so.

In many divorces, domestic violence, custody or other family disputes, the children often are an afterthought, and theybecome unfortunate victims in the process.
